"The Lessons of Recession"
The economy has endured its worst interval in at least thirty years. While some see encouraging signs of recovery, the financial system is still working through losses and lessons that emerged from the downturn. Where do we stand in the cycle for commercial real estate? And what steps are being contemplated to insure against a recurrence of last fall's crisis? The answers to these, and other questions, will be discussed.
