Network Liaison Committee

The Network Liaison Committee provides national networking, business and educational information and opportunities to CREW Chicago Members through participation in CREW Network. By working through CREW Chicago’s existing committees, the Network Liaison Committee seeks to enhance our members’ ability to leverage the resources available through CREW Network and increase the visibility of our members across the Network. Meetings are held once per month.




Communications Committee

The purpose of the Communications Committee is to advance the CREW Chicago mission by providing consistent and effective communications both within the CREW organization and to the media and business community. We publicize CREW events and showcase the achievements of our organization. If you are interested in social media, writing, editing, photography, or if you would like to develop your skills, or help coordinate our efforts, we need you on our Committee. Equity and Inclusion Committee

The CREW Chicago E&I Committee is created with the understanding that advancing the power and success of women in commercial real estate must include advancing the power and success of women in underrepresented groups by working to overcome the institutional biases and racism within the commercial real estate industry. We are doing this work by focusing on programming, recruitment and retention, mentoring and sponsorship, internal training, industry assessment and community outreach.

Membership Committee

The CREW Chicago Membership Committee focuses on attracting executive-level women throughout the Chicagoland area to build a chapter whose accomplishments are dynamic and diverse. Among its activities, the Membership Committee hosts an annual prospective member reception and new member appreciation event. If you would like an opportunity to help recruit and welcome new members, as well as have a direct impact on membership goals, this is the committee for you! The Membership Committee meets the last Tuesday of every month from 9:30am – 10:30am in The Loop.  In addition to monthly meetings, attendance at other membership events is encouraged.  Email our team at



Member Services Committee

The Member Services Committee was created to ensure that CREW Chicago is responsive to the needs of our existing members. We design events to provide members with new clients, contacts and career development. The committee also promotes membership renewal and performs surveys to assess the needs and satisfaction of members.



Programs Committee

The Programs Committee is a dynamic group of women drawn from different backgrounds and industries who “set the agenda” for the coming year. Responsible for organizing the monthly open networking lunches and semi-annual members-only lunch and learns, the Programs Committee brainstorms current topics and selects speakers and locations for events. If you would like to have a hand in creating top-draw events and interfacing with industry leaders, this is the committee for you. Our committee meets monthly, in-person at lunchtime. Come join us!

Scholarship/UCREW Committee

CREW Chicago annually awards several scholarships for graduate and undergraduate students majoring or concentrating in real estate, construction, facility management, architecture, finance, urban planning, real estate law, land economics, real estate appraisal or related real estate fields. The Scholarship Committee is responsible for recruitment of applicants, scholarship application review and recommendation to the Board for grant approval.

Sponsorship Committee

The Sponsorship Committee secures support from member annual expenses and enables CREW Chicago to carry out its mission. In addition, the Committee solicits corporations to sponsor CREW Chicago events in return for prominent exposure and participation in ongoing initiatives. If you would like to be part of a team carrying the CREW Chicago banner into the suites of corporate America, this is the committee for you.

Leadership & Professional Development Committee

The Leadership & Professional Development Committee presents learning opportunities to support the growth and development of our members at all levels of the commercial real estate industry, establishing CREW Chicago as a go-to organization for learning and connection for women commercial real estate professionals. Our programs includes interactive leadership seminars and professional development workshops, facilitated small group, round table discussions and hands-on learning opportunities for our members at all stages of their professional lives. Golf Committee

The Golf Committee organizes the annual CREW Chicago Golf Outing.  Help our committee organize one of CREW Chicago’s largest fundraising events!  Our committee secures sponsorships and golfers for this annual event.  We welcome members that would like to be involved in the planning process and volunteers for the day of the event.

This annual one-day or multi-week program is designed to introduce teenage girls to the many career opportunities available to them in the commercial real estate industry. These programs are delivered in cooperation with a local academic institution and/or not-for profit girls’ group.

Participate in CREW Chicago’s annual fundraising event. Help coordinate the event and raise money for the educational efforts of CREW Chicago and CREW Network Foundation. Enjoy being part of the “must attend” real estate bash of the season. If you prefer not to be part of an ongoing committee but wish to participate in a worthwhile - and fun - CREW Chicago activity, this is the committee for you.

Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee is responsible for compiling the slate of President-Elect and new Board of Directors’ nominees for approval by the membership. The President will appoint a Chairperson for the Nominating Committee.
